Our refund policy is as follows: we can’t offer you a full refund for all services due to their nature.
For Online Notarizations, we can issue a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and reason for refund. If we acknowledge your reason as valid, we will issue you a full refund. Contact us and include proof of purchase.
For Mobile Notary & Apostille Services, we can not issue a full refund because the work of a notary getting into their car and travelling to provide the service is work that needs to be compensated for.
Also, with Apostille Services, there are state fees we pay for in providing the service. After we calculate these fees and acknowledge your request for a refund as reasonable, we will issue you a partial refund minus fees incurred. Contact us and include proof of purchase.
